These organizations grew to 140 employees across 13 locations, with revenues reaching $10.3 million and pretax profits of $1.2 million. His leadership frequently drove 100% annual growth rates.

A former psychotherapist and fourth-generation entrepreneur, John builds high-functioning teams, innovates, leverages limited resources and does whatever it takes to acheive strategic outcomes.

With expertise in psychology and behavioral health and economic psychology, John holds a magna cum laude B.A. in Psychology from UW-Eau Claire and an M.S. in Professional Counseling from UW-Whitewater. His background includes education, public speaking, and extensive postgraduate training in management, marketing, leadership, finance and international business.

John has collaborated extensively with public sector entities and nongovernmental organizations, while also bringing over a decade of international business experience to his ventures.
